Manman Enhancement Products

These and several other enhancements to the Manman ERP system are listed below

Part Deletion/Archiving System

The Part Archiving System allows you to effortlessly delete a part from the Manman database. You may archive the parts item master, bill, and routing into a separate archive database. You can view the archived record, and retrieve the records back.

Because deleting an item master record requires you to first purge all of the part's records in other datasets and Omar, trying to keep your system clean from old parts can be a difficult and time consuming task. The Part Archiving system helps you manage deleting and archiving old parts.

Automatic Receipt Vouchering
The Automatic Receipt Vouchering System consists of a utility command (UT,389) that creates an Accounts Payable voucher for one or several receipt transactions. The purpose of the utility is to free your users from tedious A/P TR,300 transactions.
If you have routine purchases that pay from the purchase order price and the quantity received, you can bypass the vouchering step and utilize the Automatic Receipt Vouchering Utility to set up the voucher.
Bill of Material Comparison Tools
This utility allows you to compare two bills of material at different effectivity dates or revisions. This may be the same assembly part
or two different assembly part numbers. The bills of material may exist in the same or different manufacturing or engineering data
bases. The bills of material are listed side by side and highlights the components that have been added and deleted, or changes made
in the quantity per assembly and yield.
* Single level and multi-level comparisons are available.
Included is a bill of material to work order comparison tool that produces an 'as built' vs. 'as designed' comparison, including the
cost variances between the two.
Capacity Analysis System
Indented Routing capabilities allows the user to key in a work order number, or assembly part number and quantity of a top level assembly. All of the levels of the bill of material are blown through and the hours and work centers for each assembly are summarized. Also allows the user to input several top level assemblies and quantitie to create a consolidated view of yourtotal capacity requirements. As a bonus, routing comparison and work order to routing comparison utilities are provided.
Component Availability Tools
Multi-Level component availability allows provides the user with complete picture of potential shortages when planning or releasing work orders.

for short components
* View the quantity on hand for each component in the indented bom along with calculated shortages.
Cost Rollup System
Offers several features not found in the traditional Manman costing utilities. Component Cost where-used update, Multi-Level cost rollup, visibility of before and after costs, proposed cost buckets to supplement both current and standard costs, built in safety so that users can rollup costs without IT intervention.
Database Synchronization Utility
For users with more than one MG database, performs selected item master, bill of material, routing and extended description updates from a master data base, to a copy-to database to save countless hours in maintenance time.
Inventory Usage
By reading the Manufacturing Transaction Logs, this utility stores up to 36 individual months of usage for each Item Master. Usage can be split into user definable categories such as shipments, issues, receipts, production, etc. Downloadable into Excel for your own Excess inventory or forecasting purposes.
Manufacturing and A/P Archiving
The Manufacturing & A/P Archiving System is a complete set of utilities to move old work orders, purchase orders, receipt history, and A/P records out of your production databases and into an archive database. Supports viewing archived records, de-archiving records, and report writing capabilities.
MRP Pegging System
Have you ever been frustrated trying to understand why your MRP run wants you to make or purchase a particular component? Do you search through several RE,906 screens trying to follow where the source of the demand is coming from? The Component Pegging command allows you to "peg-up" to find out where the component requirements are coming from. Also included in this package is the ability to age MRP messages, and run a net-change MRP. MRP volatility reports monitor how many MRP messages are being reacted to for each MRP run.
Omar Archving System
set of utilities to safely move old sales orders, invoices, A/R, and shipping history records outof your production database and into an archive database. A customer and product archiving utility will delete old unused customers, or old products, and store them in the
archive database as well. Supports viewing archived records with several different list screens, de-archiving records, and report writing capabilities.
Part Number Change Utility
The Part Number Change Utility will change part number 'A' to part number 'B' on all files within the Manman system. It also has an
option to 'merge' history on two or more part numbers.
Purchase Order MRP Update utility
Transaction Log Toolbox
View all of the data elements in the Transaction Log. Select and Extract all or selected records to Quiz or to Excel. Update Transaction Log data elements to fix errors.
